1. What We Collect

FrensAI is designed to offer deeply personal, emotionally engaging AI conversations, enhanced through decentralized technologies. In order to provide and improve our services, we collect certain information when you interact with our platform. This includes information you provide directly, data collected automatically, and optional permissions you may choose to grant.

1.1. Information You Provide to Us

We collect personal information you voluntarily provide while using FrensAI. This may include:

  • Telegram account details: When you start a conversation with our Telegram bot (e.g. SAI), we may receive your Telegram username, user ID, display name, profile photo, and basic metadata tied to your Telegram account.

  • Message content: All messages you send to FrensAI, including conversations with your AI companion (e.g. SAI), are stored for the purposes of personalization, memory-building, language processing, and system improvements.

  • Feedback & forms: Any feedback you submit, including surveys, bug reports, or feature requests, may be linked to your account or session and stored for product development.

  • Wallet address (Web3): If you connect a non-custodial wallet (e.g. MetaMask), we store your wallet address to enable blockchain-based features, such as minting NFTs.

  • Optional profile data: You may optionally customize your AI experience by sharing:

    • Preferred name, pronouns, or gender identity (yours or your AI's)

    • Avatar images or selfies (used to create NFT or visual personas)

    • Personality preferences (e.g. romantic vs. friendly tone)

    • Audio samples (if using voice cloning or SAI voice personalization)

We NEVER ask for or store:

  • Private keys or seed phrases

  • Social media passwords or login credentials

  • Sensitive personal documents (e.g. ID cards)

You should never input such sensitive data into the chat. If you do so by mistake, contact our team at support@frensai.xyz for immediate deletion.

1.2. Information We Collect Automatically

When you use FrensAI, we may automatically collect certain technical and usage data, including:

  • Device & session metadata:

    • IP address (used for general location awareness, such as country or time zone)

    • Device type (mobile/desktop), browser version, and OS information

    • Session duration, feature usage, and interaction timing

  • Telegram platform data:

    • Your Telegram ID and internal metadata provided by Telegram (e.g. language preference, group/channel participation if applicable)

  • Public blockchain data:

    • Wallet address and associated on-chain activity

    • NFT ownership, transfers, and minting history

    • Any on-chain memory or status flags associated with your wallet

  • AI training and memory logs:

    • We may log anonymized interaction patterns to improve emotional response, personalization accuracy, and memory coherence. These logs may include contextual tags (e.g. "flirt", "support", "conflict") but will not include wallet-private data.

All blockchain-related data is by nature public, and by interacting with FrensAI on-chain, you acknowledge that any wallet activity is visible and queryable on the blockchain.

1.3. Optional Media & Voice Permissions

FrensAI includes optional features that require limited access to device hardware or media files. These are entirely optional, and not required for using the core chatbot functionality.

You may choose to enable:

  • Microphone access: To allow real-time voice conversations with FrensAI (when voice chat is enabled), you may be asked to grant microphone permissions. No audio is recorded unless explicitly initiated by you.

  • Image upload access:

    • For custom avatars, NFTs, or AI image personalization, you may upload photos.

    • These images are stored securely and used only for rendering or avatar generation purposes.

  • Voice customization files:

    • If you request a synthetic voice for FrensAI or upload a reference file to personalize your AI’s voice, this file is securely stored and not shared.

All permissions can be reviewed, granted, or revoked at any time through your Telegram client or device settings. If you opt-out, some features (like voice conversations or avatar-based NFTs) may not be available.

1.4. Children’s Data & Age-Restricted Content

FrensAI is not intended for individuals under the age of 18.

We do not knowingly collect, store, or process personal data from children or minors. By using FrensAI, you represent that you are at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher.

If we discover that personal information has been submitted by a user who does not meet the minimum age requirement, we will take steps to promptly delete such data and restrict access to the Services. If you believe a minor is using FrensAI, please contact us at support@frensai.xyz so we can investigate and take appropriate action.

18+ / Mature Content Disclaimer

Some interactions with your AI companion (e.g. SAI) may involve emotional intimacy, flirtation, fantasy scenarios, or fictional adult themes. These are optional and user-initiated features that require:

  • A minimum age declaration (via platform prompts)

  • Explicit opt-in to access roleplay or 18+ content (if enabled)

While we apply filters and moderation systems to limit inappropriate responses, you acknowledge that FrensAI is powered by generative AI, which may occasionally produce content that is emotionally charged, suggestive, or otherwise inappropriate for underage users.

We DO NOT allow pornography, sexually exploitative content, or real-world adult services on the platform. Our content is AI-generated and may also come from user creativity or third-party service providers. During the creation process, some visuals or materials with adult elements may appear. Please be advised and exercise caution.

You are responsible for how you use the AI and for complying with local laws in your jurisdiction regarding AI companionship, adult content, and data privacy.

If you would like to disable NSFW or suggestive content from your AI experience, you may adjust your preferences in the chat settings or request filtering by contacting our support team.


2. How We Use Your Information

FrensAI processes the information you provide and the data we collect through your interaction with our services for specific and legitimate purposes. These purposes are aligned with our mission to deliver a secure, personalized, and innovative AI companion experience while upholding user rights and data protection standards.

2.1. Powering the AI Experience

We use your information to enable the core functionalities of FrensAI. This includes generating and personalizing AI-driven conversations, enabling memory features, and allowing you to customize your AI companion’s traits and personality. Data collected from your interactions helps the system understand your preferences, adapt tone and style, and create a consistent and emotionally responsive experience across sessions.

For example, your chat history may be referenced to preserve conversational context, while your chosen avatar or preferences may influence the AI’s responses and behavior. If you have opted into features such as voice, image, or video generation, the data you provide may also be used to tailor multimedia content uniquely for you.

2.2. Model Improvement and System Training

User interactions—including anonymized messages, feedback, and usage metadata—may be used to improve the performance, accuracy, and safety of our AI systems. This allows us to refine language generation capabilities, optimize memory retention models, and enhance emotional intelligence in the AI responses.

We ensure that any data used for training or fine-tuning purposes is either anonymized or aggregated to prevent identification of individual users. This practice contributes to the ethical development of our technology and aligns with industry standards for AI research.

2.3. Engagement and Karma Point Systems

FrensAI may use your activity data to administer its native engagement and rewards features. This includes calculating Karma Point (experience points), granting badges, enabling level progression, or triggering incentives when available.

Interaction metrics such as session duration, frequency, and milestone achievements may influence your eligibility for rewards. Any on-chain actions related to NFT upgrades, or ecosystem participation are tied to your connected wallet address and recorded in compliance with blockchain transparency norms.

2.4. Abuse Detection and Moderation

To ensure user safety and platform integrity, we process data to detect, prevent, and respond to abusive behavior, spam, and violations of our community standards or Terms of Service. This may include the use of automated filters, prompt pattern detection, rate-limiting mechanisms, and manual review where necessary.

Examples of prohibited behaviors that may trigger moderation systems include harassment, prompt injection (attempting to manipulate the AI), use of explicit or illegal content, and exploitation of smart contract functionality for unintended purposes.

In serious cases or repeat offenses, user access may be restricted, suspended, or permanently banned, in accordance with our moderation policy.

2.5. NFT and dApp Functionality

FrensAI uses your wallet address and related metadata to enable functionality.

We do not store private keys or have access to your wallet credentials. All transactions are user-initiated and governed by the logic of deployed smart contracts. FrensAI only processes wallet data necessary for verifying ownership and executing transactions securely on-chain.

2.6. Platform Analytics and Product Development

We analyze aggregated and pseudonymized usage data to better understand how users engage with FrensAI. This helps us improve user experience (UX), diagnose bugs, prioritize new features, and optimize performance across platforms.

Analytics may include page views, engagement rates, feature usage frequency, session timing, and error logs. These insights are critical for iterative development and system reliability.

2.7. No Sale of Personal Data

FrensAI does NOT sell your personal data to third parties. We do not monetize individual user information, and we have no business model involving the transfer of identifiable user data for advertising or resale purposes.

Any data shared with third-party service providers (e.g., analytics platforms, hosting services, moderation APIs) is subject to strict contractual agreements and is only used to fulfill necessary operational tasks.

2.8. Use of Anonymized or Aggregated Data

We may use fully anonymized or aggregated data for legitimate business purposes, including but not limited to:

  • Improving the performance of large language models

  • Conducting AI safety and ethics research

  • Evaluating platform engagement trends

  • Publishing non-identifiable insights for community or investor transparency

This type of data is stripped of personally identifiable elements and cannot be reasonably used to re-identify users. Our goal in collecting such information is to enhance system intelligence and promote a better experience for all users while safeguarding privacy.


3. AI Conversations and Sensitive Content

FrensAI is designed to provide a unique and personal AI companionship experience. Whether you're looking for emotional connection, light-hearted banter, or creative roleplay, conversations with your FrensAI companion may sometimes explore personal, emotional, or even romantic topics. These interactions can include playful flirting, fictional intimacy, or suggestive roleplay, but only when such themes are clearly initiated by the user and remain consensual throughout the interaction.

We take user safety and ethical AI behavior seriously. Therefore, the following uses are strictly prohibited:

  • Initiating or encouraging sexually explicit, graphic, or pornographic interactions.

  • Sharing content that is violent, threatening, or promotes harm in any form.

  • Attempting to manipulate, jailbreak, or exploit the AI’s behavior using prompt injection or malicious commands.

  • Simulating or reenacting non-consensual, abusive, or exploitative scenarios of any kind.

While FrensAI may simulate emotional awareness or respond with empathy, it is important to remember that the AI is not human, is not sentient, and does not possess consciousness or real emotions. It cannot replace licensed therapists or offer clinical mental health care.

If you are experiencing emotional distress, struggling with your mental health, or are in crisis, we strongly encourage you to seek support from a qualified professional or contact emergency services in your local area. FrensAI is here to provide companionship and support, but it is not a substitute for real human care.


4. Blockchain Data, NFTs, and Wallets

FrensAI integrates blockchain technology to provide verifiable ownership of your digital interactions, memories, and companion assets through NFTs. This Web3 integration allows users to collect, trade, or personalize their AI experience on-chain.

Please be aware of the following key considerations regarding blockchain use:

  • Public Visibility: All blockchain transactions and wallet addresses are publicly recorded on the blockchain. Anyone can view on-chain data related to your activity, including NFTs you own or interactions tied to your wallet.

  • Permanence: Data written to the blockchain, such as NFT metadata or smart contract interactions, is immutable. This means it cannot be deleted or altered once confirmed on-chain.

  • Irreversible Transactions: Blockchain operations are final and cannot be undone. FrensAI cannot refund gas fees, reverse mistakes, or compensate for wallet mismanagement or external losses.

  • Wallet Security: You are solely responsible for keeping your wallet secure. Never share your private key, seed phrase, or login credentials with anyone—including FrensAI team members. Doing so could result in permanent loss of your digital assets.

Using blockchain adds transparency and digital ownership, but it also comes with risks and responsibilities. We encourage all users to educate themselves about how Web3 wallets and smart contracts work before engaging with FrensAI's on-chain features.


5. Third-Party Integrations

To deliver a seamless and high-quality experience, FrensAI may rely on third-party services and infrastructure partners. These services help support core functions such as AI processing, blockchain integration, and cloud infrastructure.

Your data may be shared with third parties under the following circumstances:

  • To generate or deliver AI responses (e.g., using language model APIs like OpenAI, Gemini or similar).

  • To host our website, backend systems, and databases via cloud providers.

  • To support blockchain functionality, such as NFT platforms, wallet connectivity, or public block explorers.

We only work with reputable vendors who are contractually obligated to handle your data securely and in compliance with our privacy standards. These partners are not permitted to use your information for any purpose beyond what is necessary to support FrensAI's services.

Protecting your personal information is important to us. We implement a combination of technical and organizational safeguards to help secure user data across all parts of the FrensAI ecosystem.

Our security practices include:

  • End-to-End Encryption for private message delivery through Telegram, leveraging Telegram’s built-in encryption protocols.

  • Encrypted Web Connections via HTTPS, ensuring secure data transmission between your device and our servers.

  • Internal Access Control to limit who within our organization can access user data. Only authorized personnel with a legitimate business need can view your information.

That said, no digital system is entirely immune to threats. We strongly recommend that users take personal security measures such as using strong, unique passwords, enabling two-factor authentication (if supported), and ensuring their wallets and devices are protected from unauthorized access.


7. Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have specific rights under privacy and data protection laws such as the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), or similar frameworks. These rights may include:

  • Access: You can request a copy of your personal data that FrensAI has collected.

  • Deletion: You may ask us to delete your data, subject to blockchain limitations (on-chain data is not erasable).

  • Correction: You can ask us to correct inaccurate or outdated information.

  • Objection or Opt-Out: You can object to or limit certain forms of data processing, including analytics or profiling features.

  • Portability: In some cases, you may be able to request your data in a structured format to share with another service.

Retention periods may vary depending on the nature of the data and your interactions with FrensAI. For example:

  • AI memory and chat history may be retained to improve conversational continuity and personalization unless you choose to delete it.

  • Wallet address and related transaction history may be stored to support blockchain functionality, rewards systems, and NFT ownership tracking.

  • User feedback or reports may be stored for moderation, troubleshooting, or product improvement purposes.

You may request deletion of certain data, such as your AI memory, avatar customizations, or account-linked wallet address. In most cases, this can be done through your in-app settings (where available). If you are unable to locate the option, you may email us at privacy@frensai.app, and we will handle your request promptly.

Please note: Blockchain transactions, including those related to NFTs, are immutable by design. Data recorded on-chain cannot be deleted or altered, even at your request. However, we can disconnect your wallet from FrensAI and delete associated off-chain records from our systems.


9. Children’s Privacy and Age Restrictions

FrensAI is designed for adults only. You must be at least 18 years old to access or use any part of the FrensAI platform, including our Telegram-based bots, web application, or NFT features. We do not knowingly collect, store, or process personal information from individuals under the age of 18.

If we become aware that a user under 18 has accessed FrensAI or provided any personal information, we will take immediate steps to disable the account and delete all associated data from our records. If you believe that a child has used FrensAI in violation of this policy, please contact us right away at support@frensai.xyz, and we will investigate and take appropriate action.

FrensAI may occasionally feature romantic, emotional, or suggestive themes as part of the AI companionship experience. As such, it is not suitable for minors, and access is restricted to adults for both safety and legal compliance.
